Hi,

Owner moving from house to small bungalow.
Accumulated electrical bits from many years.
Most articles free for collection. No returns.
Quite a lot of general household stuff will also have to be 'culled'

Some photos of items can be taken and forwarded to anyone interested.

Still sorting and discussing, and will add any relevant photos as they get taken.

As i am not at home, please use the site PM, not the site "send email"

John :)

In the IPSWICH area, near Saxmundham

Hmmm watching with interest :)

For the bits you can't shift - have a try of Freecycle. Just be carefull you don't end up with more stuff than you started off with lol.

Heres some pics of an old military-type set

Heres a old pink tinted cover for a TV screen,
i think they might have been trying to give the old B/W a bit of flesh colour.

Some old sets had these, might have been some kind of option.

Dunno where it came from.

John :)

Hi,

Yes Nigel, some of it is pretty crappy.
John says sometimes people are looking for old stuff like this.
There's quite a lot of it, and most of it has got to go.

We could send most of it to you.

Lewbiec.

I'd turn it away :D

Perhaps you ought to try selling it at a radio rally, I went to one yesterday, the SNADARC rally - plenty of similar gear for sale.

Hi,

Yes it is a Garrard 401, and theres quite a bit of paperwork with it.
I did not notice the arm, or its cartridge. I could ask Lewbiec to post
some better pictures of the arm and cartridge.
The 401 looks good and would probably clean up nicely.

Theres an awful lot of stuff, mostly free for collection.
I think its only fair to offer it out, before consigning to landfill.

John :)
