Hi, We are having problem with a SRW-65-3003 power supply from Integrated Power Design. It had broken down once and the MOSFET, IC, capacitor and zener had blown. After replacing the components according to the required ratings, the power supply worked for sometime, but now it is not giving the +/- 15V and 5V output. When we are connecting to the load, it is giving intermittent output and the MOSFET is blowing due to this. Could there be a problem with the transformer or is there any other fault we could look into?
