Interresting project, need some help

I'm doing a project that has appeared in the magazine "electronique pratique". it's about "remote automatique lighting". can anyone help me do the PCBs? I have the shematics but it's my first time and i don't know whitvh software to work in! is there a software that translates any schema to a PCB.

Please help me.
