i just wonder to try pic16f819, it had 5 analog and internal oscillator...

how to configure their oscillator to be internal or external...does it need to change the config fuses...or else..

pls help..

Yes, like all PIC's the oscillator configuration is set by the config fuses.

It's all explained, as usual, in the datasheet!.

You should also, as usual, set the config fuses in your source code, by using the __CONFIG directive.
