Insignia 32" LCD with a Vert line

I have an Insignia 32" Lcd with a vert line down the middle of the screen, I've repaired all the boards and the power supply and this is what i'm stuck with.
Being frustrated I replaced all the boards, same prob???

probably a TAB or TCP connection problem on the panel , or driver board and you need a new panel. Did you replace the Controlor/T-Con PCB, or check for connection problems on that PCB ? It is most likely the panel like I said first though..
