Hi all,
I'm trying to find information on an IR 92-0182.
It's a large thing, 115mm x 60mm x 30mm.
Some type of transistor or such.

Thanks in advance, Russ

I can't find that particular part number but it could be a bridge rectifier/power diode from International Rectifier/Vishay?

Can you post a photograph?

There's a circuit diagram on the side.

Looks like a power transistor with built in temperature sensor but I can't find the data sheet.

Thanks Guys... I can only find suppliers in China for this thing!!!
Doesn't help me thou.

I have a few of these and would love to put then to use.
Any ideas?

Russ

Looks like what you have is an IGBIT module that is made by various vendors. Not sure who made it first but it is probably licensed from IR. It is mainly used for servo or inverter in industrial applications. Of course, keep in mind that chinese are also a master when it comes to copying.
Do a search for CM300DU-24 datasheet made by Mitsubishi
