Importing a project....

Can anyone tell me if they know of a pcb software that will allow you to import cad files? The board I need to make has some arc's that needed to be done using cad.

I would just find the program that made them and use that? Do you have to gerber files, if so, maybe you can search for that?

You might be better of with a graphic editor, load and edit the file after you save a screen shot (if they are not in the right format).

What is the format of the files?
