I am trying to test a board with an IDT82P2521 device on it with JTAG. but there is not any BSDL file for this device around the Internet. I tried to write it myself with attention to IDT82P2281 after Running the test there are a lot of connection error that I think they are because of wrong BSDL file.
anyone can help me to write bsdl file my self( I do not know what BCs are in the device) or give me the BSDL file If you have that?
