IC to be identified for car lock remote project

I am about to build a car lock remote control but having some trouble about its component. One of the important parts stated in the schematic, which i got no idea is a IC which has no clear specification made. the only information i got is ITACO A18(680) 9449M, so i would like someone help to know some information about this component. Thank in advance...
