i need to build a hex code clock

i am wanting to make a hex code clock and need some help ...i have a binary clock and i love it but now i want a hex code clock that shows the time in hex code i can't seem to find any kits or plans any where
any one have any ideas or know where to get a kit??

Does this clock display 24 hours or 12 hours? What is the display for 12 o'clock? "C" or "0C"?
