I can't see the values of the inductors, nor the frequency of the quartz crystal. But Sanken's datasheet explains their hybrid circuit pretty well.

A looks to be a transformer, B is a crystal, C is an inductor and D is an IC, probably an audio amp.

I think that A is a "common mode choke" for RFI suppression in the input side of mains power supplies.

Isn't it amazing that the manufacturer knows so much about its stuff?
If they didn't issue a datasheet then nobody would design a circuit using it.
