Those are all the equations you need to make a simple circuit incorporating a real op amp. What else are you expecting?
 
Start with the equation
V(out) = Aol * (V(in+) - V(in-)), where Aol is the open-loop voltage gain and is very large.
 
To get the equation for case 1 or case 2, write KCL equations for the inverting input of the opamp.
