I Have A Problem With Philips Tv

Hi Everybody, I Have A Power On, Problem With A Philips Tv Model 19xs62c121, The Problem Started When It Was On, And I Could Not Turned It Off, I Was Unplugged The Power Line, And The Tv Turned Off, But Actually No Turn On.
Someone Can Help Me?

If the set wouldn't turn OFF, then the only possible reason is the ON/OFF switch - if it's now dead it may have taken the fuse out as well?, or another fault has occurred.
