How to use 74ls323

Hello Guys,
need some hint how to start the 74ls323 chip it data sheet is getting over head.

Do you have a block diagram showing how you intend to use the IC.?

You know to connect ground and power.
Look at the table below. There is inputs and outputs. L=0, H=1, X= does not matter, up arrow means to go from (L to H)
To clear the part (all outputs = L) you need (three different ways)
1) CLR=L and S1,S0=HH G1,G2= don't care (X)
2) CLR=L and G1,G2=LL and S1=l, S0=X
3) CLR=L and G1,G2=LL and S1=X, S0=L

Shift the data right:
CLR=H, S1,S0=LH, G1,G2=LL, the CLK pin must go from L to H

i have used 74164 can't get you sir.
please tell where to feed data and get output.
please tell the aim working of it??

Ritesh, how many times do we have to tell you to READ THE DATASHEET?

The LED tutorials I gave you last year uses the 74LS323... Take a look at them and absorb!!
