Are you asking how to use Corel Draw to make a font or how to make a font for use with some output device? I have done the latter for a font to be used with a GLCD and simply did it on graph paper. With graph paper, I just plotted what I thought looked good and coded it.
If it is the latter, let me know, and I will try to find my worksheets to post as an example. I suspect a similar approach could be done with whatever your tool of choice is.
