How to generate .Hex file using HiTech picc18

Hi,

I am using HT picc18 demo, with MPLAB v6. However, it only generates .cof and .cod file. How to generates .Hex file from it?

Isnt it suppose to be same with CCS? since it is integrated in MPLAB
i dont know.. i dont use hi tech
