how to create breaks on veroboard

I used epoxy-fiberglass Veroboard to make prototypes that were sold as the finished product during all of my electronics career.
Almost everything I made was one-of-a-kind and was never made again.
Of course I planned the layout since I designed all the circuits and selected all the parts.
I carefully used a drill-press to cut the tracks.

Some of my Veroboard designs were extremely complicated with many LS-TTL ICs or many opamps.
One was an audio scrambling system for wireless teleconference mics.
Another was an automatic testing device for an audio equalizer I designed. It has 5 extremely low distortion oscillators and tests frequency response, noise and distortion. It has pass or fail outputs but most of thousands of equalizers that were made, passed.
All my circuits worked perfectly and never failed.
