Not enough info.

Do you want the motor to run when it senses rain or when it doesn't? What exactly are you trying to do?

What are the characteristics of the rain sensor?

When its rain the motor will run. Actually, im trying to make an automatic clothing hanger which will bring in the hanger when detect rain and somehow bring it out when the rain has stop. It also should be able to operate manually, in this case the VR will control the motor whether it rotate clockwise or other way round.
I've attach the rain sensor circuit diagram and pic.

for one thing the motor is not big enough for the job.
the circuit is for a small motor.
second they operate on different voltages.
you need a gearmotor that runs slow.
The rain sensor has to have no water on it to deactivate.

thx for your info, forgot to post that i only want to make small prototype for this project
this motor can operate right?

If it's just for a demo, a small motor will work.

The rain sensor could be put in a small, open-top container with small hole in the bottom. When the rain stops and the water drains, then the sensor will be out of the water and can signal the motor to move the clothes back out.

You will need two limit switches to stop the motor at each end of its run.
