How to Connect a HUmidity sensor to PIC16F877??

I am developing a sensro network compliant to the IEEE 1451 instrumentation standard. the humidity sensor that i am using for this purpose is
HCH-1000-001 ..
i need help to know how to construct the cct to connect this sensor to PIC16F877

The capacitance of the transducer varies as the humidity varies. You could set up an oscillator with the device acting as the charge/discharge capacitor. The frequency would vary due the the varying capacitance. Specific frequencies would relate to specific humidities.
