How to build simple Pic 16fxxx programmers

I had circuits from some websites on how to build simple low cost 16fxxx programmer. I lost the nformation. Can someone please direct me to any source or even suggest a working circuit? Please. I need to build a programmer with the least no. of components. Thank you.

make it once,u can program hell lot of PIC's
only drawback is it need serial port.
