How to build an electronic stylus for capacitive screens?

Hello, I'm interested in recreating an electronic stylus, I've only had experience with very simple electronic projects so far. So I was hoping someone can give any guidance on how to build this and how it works.

The images show fairly simple circuits using little but Op-Amps. However, determining the necessary specs may be a bit more difficult considering there is not much information provided.

I don't under stand what this is for.

The main problem I see here is how are you going to transfer information from the stylus back to pc and in what form.
Another one is that you would have to somehow tell your touch driver not to accept a touch as a mouse click and only accept the click form the stylus, otherwise anytime you touch the screen with the stylus it would make one mouse click. And then there´s drag&drop and a bunch of other things that will likely stand in your way.
