Hello,

I am working on an inverter system using a H brigde stage. I have successfully obtained a 400v DC from the 12v battery. I need to convert this to 240 a.c using a Hbridge arrangement. I heard about a H bridge driver i.c to help control switching of the FETs on the H bridge. Can anyone recommend a suitable driver part number.

Thanks

Hi grand,

I suggest you use the TC4467 ic . It is a H-Bridge driver IC with CMOS quad drivers. It is manufactured from Microchip . This is its datasheet . It costs about 5$ u.s. Please check if the link still works or alternatively you could check MicroChips site .

All the best
