Seeking advice or help troubleshooting an old HP Storage Scope, Anyone have any experience with them? The 1820B Time Base Generator does not provide Horizontal Sweep It's all been sitting for years did work back in the 1990's I see at least one burned out capacitor. Any help on where to start, Power supply?

test points and voltages would be helpful anyone ever worked with these Oscilloscopes?
