In my PLC from Schneider, there is a damaged diode named ST MV GP 931 (Please check attached photos).

But I cannot find the information and specifications of this diode on the internet, even from the website https://www.st.com/.

Any bros can help me to find the specifications, for example voltage, etc.

The MV device code probably means it's a transient suppression diode (TVS), around 45 - 50V rating?
