Help with Yaskawa A1000 drive

I have an A1000 Yaskawa drive, 220Kw. It is running the motor Fine, but is always showing up the VOF fault (output voltage detection fault) at the display. What could It be causing this problem? Is It dangerous to run the motor with this fault?
