hi,i ordered some bb204 variac diodes which i thought would look like a normal diode with 2 terminals but the ones i recieved look more like a transistor with 3 legs,is this correct? if so could some one tell me what leg is what,also would anyone know where i could buy sidacs,i can get these from mouser electronics but i have to wait about 3 weeks for delivery to the uk,would any one know where i could get these in the uk or anywhere else where i wouldnt have to wait so long for delivery.thanks for any help.
