Unfortunately SM devices rarely have identifiable numbers on them, often they are 'in-house' numbers, and completely meaningless to anyone else.
Unless you have a service manual, then you're probably not going to identify what it is - and assuming it's Chinese?, it's unlikely that a manual is available.
What is the IC actually in?, and can you post a picture of the full board?.
Most likely a 6004 power MOSFET -but there are different versions, single & double etc.
The small metal pips at the sides make it a power device, to me.
