Hi.
So i have a heat press with a Metalnox xmtg-618T controller that has burnt out.

The new replacement controller Inkbird ITC-100vh also has a solid state module SSR-25 DA with it too which is probably better as the last controller burnt out.

The current wiring on the Metalnox is

1- nc
2- blue to push button (button pin 2 goes to 11 and 12)
3- nc
4- Red Thermocouple heat bed
5- Yellow Thermocouple heat bed
6- nc
7- Black Heater heat bed
8 & 9 Black 240v in (from wall > Switch> fuse>)
10 - Blue - Heater heat bed
11-12 - To push button connection 2

The push button activates the timer down.

So what im requesting help with as i have an idea how to wire but better to ask the experts to use the ssm and new timer controller.

Thanks

Can the old contoller be repaired?
The biggest Problem would be if the Thermocouples has not the right resistance and temperature coefficient.
Does the manufactor make a change sheet make availible?
Then do this how it is written there and it will work.

Without more Information it is hard to answer.
