What programming language is used ( I guess it's BASCOM )
A Schematic of the Circuit would be helpfull to.

No. Unless you post a source code, instead of a bunch of weird files and some binaries. And tell us what it is supposed to do and why you think it doesnt work well.
There aren't any oracles in here.
