C carmusic New Member Apr 1, 2008 #1 Is there hall effect sensor that are precise enough to mesure 1A of current (have to measure from 1ma to 1A DC). the only one i found is the acs173 (5Amp) ic but they are not precise enough for small currents i think i will have to stay with a shunt resistor
