Hall-effect device?

I'm trying to identify a discrete device that only has markings "11A" on the first line, with "110" on the second line. It looks like a low power plastic transitor with 3 leads but I'm pretty sure it is a hall-effect switch of some type.

Any help would be much appreciated.
