GSM Modules Cheap & Good

I want to buy a cheap & commonly available GSM module which supports AT commands.Can somebody tell me what is the best modules you have used & place to buy does the AT commands in the data sheet?

I have been looking at these Telit please find attached sample AT data-sheet.
