Grundig fine arts 32 s only standby

pls need hellp to soft one of my grundig tv 32 inch
the tv is workig good before after off it to re on only standby not powering again only if you put it on light blink and stop
.pls need help to soft it the chassis SX JER812-B made in europe

Yes it wont start from standby and check all is OK any help is appreciated pls
