getting a 0 on the 7segment using a 4511

i was trying for getting 0 on the seven segment display with the help of a seven segment driver..the 4511...i was not able to figure out what to do for displaying 0...???
somebody please thorow some light on this

If the bcd code on the 1,2,4and 8 inputs are all 0 then the display will show 0, provided all the other pins on the IC are connected in a normal fashion.
