Gate source leakage current of MOSFET...at high temperature?

Depends upon whether the gate has Zener protection of the gate or not (and the data sheet doesn't state that).
If it does, as a rough guess you could assume the current doubles for every 10C rise in temperature, which gives about 6.4uA @ 85C.
If not, then the leakage should not change much with temperature.
