gate driver board

my first post. how do i measure gate pulses using o'scope. probe placement specifically.

Between two of the pins, gate and source specifically, of the 3 terminal devices stuck to the heatsink.
 
A schematic would help.
 
There is nowhere near enough information to be able to answer this question with any certainty.
