Fan Controler

Hello i am new i your forum and i would like to ask you if anyone knows how can i make a fan controler for the fans that i have in the PC's case. Thank you!!

Well I'm not exactly sure what you mean by controlling the fans in your PC tower. Do you mean control the RPM's of the fans? Or are you talking about being able to turn them of and on at your leisure? Or controlled by temperature?
