equivalent replacement for" 258-1"

Dear Friends,

I am trying to fix a rechargeable flashlight. There is a transistor-shaped device with part number "258-1". Would you please introduce me a website at which the equivalent part numbers for transistors, ICs and other certain devices are represented.
