Thunderchild said:hm looks great but u did not read it properly i think: it says that the simulation will only work for 45 days after that it is only capture and layout and that is only any good for making a pcb of a design that u nkow works !

You guys know about Livewire, right? It's clearly hobbyist oriented, but has a good amount of 4000 and 7000 series logic ICs and is very easy to learn and use. I see it used quite a bit on this forum.
It's not free though...
