I got this response from Cadsoft company of their programmers to support, so I think that, if you draw a scheme must then be 0.1 inch and when you draw PCB tiles can be as much as you want.

meantime, I suggest to disable pins in the display and you find the sch , good looking avoiding the green circles across every pin.
