DS1287 & 89c51 interface

Please give me DS1287 (rtc) with atmel 89c51 micro controller inter facing circuit used in dgital clock.
Also give adjusting clock prcedure (hr, min,sec ,date,month,yr).

As to the 89C51, which specific chip do you have? Post back with the full chip number and clock speed and I will likely have the datasheet/appnotes for it...

I'm using the DS12887A and I'm trying to connect it with my microcontroller AT89S8253.

I have to use C language but I don't know what to do. Any help is welcome.
