Battery Charger Circuit

Hi,

I am planning to design an battery charger circuit for rechargeable batteries. I need help with the circuit design, components required and ways to make it efficient.

You cannot recharge a dry cell; all you will do is cause it leak and damage whatever appliance you use the cell in. Go buy some rechargable cells

Thank you for pointing out the mistake. I have corrected the mistake. What I was am looking for is battery charger for rechargeable batteries.
