I need a little help and ideas on how to do this project.
- Input: 12 voters
- Of those 12 voters is one of the president and his voice is counted twice.
- Output: F, F = 1 (most voted affirmatively- "1"), F = 0 (majority voted against-"0").
- This should be done first with the PAL structure and the same with the PLA.
Instructions:
- You gather all the votes, get the number from 0 to 13
- Obtained the sum should be compared with the 6th
