Digital ph contoller to open and close a solonoid valve so to maintain a 7ph value

Please can anyone help me in designing a ph controller using any microcontroller. that will open and close a solonoid valve 12v so to maintain a 7 ph value in the solution. that is the valve will open and close to allow co2 supply..
