great but still 2 switches

This is great. The only problem is that you didn't include the capacitor values and this design still uses 2 switches. I am just wandering how I can use the first circuit and combine it with this one. Can we exclude your gates and use the flip flop from the other guy? Or can you redesign it so it uses one switch? One click forward, second click backwards?

Thank you, George

Today no more time. You can use a D-type flip-flop for this function, and the Q1 output connect via another 10nF condenser to start input. The q2 out to opposite dir. start in. The condensers about 10uF for timing. For DC power filtering 2200uF.
