Hi

Have a question about a darlington pair

I have one JFET and one BJT as seen in the picture

**broken link removed**

Is it possible to merge these two into one transitor?, I know you can do it whit two BJT´s

Semiconductor processes have to provide for compatible devices to be fabricated on the single piece of silicon to be cost effective.

There is a process call BI-CMOS that has iGFET and bipolar devices on the same silicon I.C.
