Hi everyone, i would like to know whether a darlington amplifier is suitable to amplify the power of a signal which is 150khz?

Yes, but so is almost any modern semiconductor device...

A switch must switch at about 10 times the frequency or higher. An amplifier works at the frequency. A huge difference.

A darlington transistor will switch too slowly for a 500kHz signal.
