Custom made electronic circuit

Hi, I want to develop a Custom made electronic circuit.
It would be a 4 digit counter with display & able to
input its counter state in a Pc.

Multiple of such device should be able to give input
in the same pc at a time at high speed.

please contact with me, who can develop & make the circuite (in bulk qty)

Hi, I can help you with this project but I need more details. You need to comunicate with PC on certain ports like serial, USB, paralel? The counters should just be displayed on the scree of PC?
