crystall controlled transmitter/reciver 50mhz norow band fm

hi to everyone

i am new to this comiunity
i dlike very match to construct a fm narow band fm transimer/reciver circuit that can be capabel of transmitting and reciving in 400ft with low power consuption reciver 50mhz or more.

for the moment i have made a 88 to 108 mhz broad band form pira.cz 1.5 w based on a mitsubishi rf power transistor 2SC1971 only the rf part without pll
any sugestion for crating a circuit for programing pic family
