Have finally gotten the HW done.. Is the black clobs on the back of the LCD suppose to become hot (I mean really hot)

The header on the LCD is 2x7 so Im hoping that it goes with the standard cable header

Freaky stupid me!!!

I mirrored the 14p header fried the controller and stuff for line1 line2 I see when I adjust contrast.....
